Yes! Finally found just the right poncho! The fabric has a rubbery coating. It is not too heavy. It is long and the "sleeves" are too long! No more half my arm sticking out! The shots are reinforced and the hood is big enough to stick out over my face to be protected from the rain. This one is a keeper.
